The only complication comes with the electrical supply. !!!YOU CANNOT SIMPLY REPLACE YOUR TANK STYLE WATER HEATER WITH THIS UNIT!!! The unit requires 3 x 50A breakers and will pull almost 60A when you have more than a couple of HW outlets running. You will need an electrician to install this. If you're not sure, PLEASE pay a contractor to do the electrical part. If you use sub-standard wire or wire that is too thin, you WILL set your house on fire.
